These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hand2door door-to-door delivery services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Services") provided by ptechpeople LLC. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
- Restricted Items:
hand2door do not allow the delivery of certain items that are prohibited or restricted by law or that may pose risks to safety, security, or public health. This list includes but is not limited to the following items:
- People, wildlife, animals, or remains/parts.
- Illegal items or stolen goods.
- Fireworks, explosives, firearms, weaponry, ammunition, and their parts, as well as information on how to make such devices.
- Items encouraging violent or illegal activity.
- Sexually explicit or obscene adult items or materials.
- Any of the following without a signed addendum with hand2door:
- Alcohol
- Tobacco/vape products
- Cold medicine, pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, medical devices, or supplements
- Recreational drugs or drug paraphernalia, including but not limited to cannabis or CBD products, Kratom, or inhalants including nitrous oxide
- Toxic substances and poisons
- Any single item exceeding 50 lbs.
- Any other item that is prohibited for delivery without a permit or license under applicable local laws
- Hazardous materials, including medical waste, or poisonous or flammable items, except for materials that are:
- ORM-D
- Limited quantity shipment AND a Consumer Commodity, AND
- In quantities that do not require placarding
- Money, gift cards, lottery tickets, or transferable securities
- Counterfeit Products
- Raw meats or shellfish
- Endangered animal or wildlife products; items made of endangered animal or wildlife products (including but not limited to ivory, rhino horn, Eurasian caviar, bushmeat)
- Items that promote hate or terrorist groups
- Products that claim or promote specific medical outcomes
- Any items that are likely to be perceived as threatening, obscene, harassing, inappropriate, or otherwise violate any applicable terms and conditions that govern your relationship with hand2door
- Eligibility:
- To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
- User Responsibility:
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide for delivery. 3.2. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. 3.3. You are responsible for the items you send or receive using our Services and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- You are responsible for complying with the API provider's policies and any fees associated with using their services.

- Any changes to the API provider's terms and conditions or functionality may affect our ability to provide certain features or services, and we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of such changes.

- We reserve the right to restrict or terminate services to any user or delivery personnel who repeatedly violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Responsibility for Restricted Items:
- If, by chance, a restricted item is sent through our Services, hand2door (collectively referred to as "Services") are not responsible for any legal repercussions that may arise.
- Any legal consequences resulting from the sending, creation, or receipt of restricted items will solely be the responsibility of the person who initiated the delivery, including but not limited to the sender of the item and the receiver of the item.
- Nature of Services:
- Our services are exclusively a delivery service. Customers are allowed to schedule a driver for the pickup and delivery of items to specific locations.
- Customers must independently order any items they wish to be delivered using our service. We are not responsible for ordering items on behalf of customers.
